I get it. You've got responsibilities, and you're exhausted.

It's time to put your management skills to good use

and start planning the meaningful and balanced life

that you desperately crave.

YOU're tired of all of you're responsibilities taking ALL THE JOY out of YOUR LIFE.

You're being pulled in a million different directions, and you can't possibly say 'no' to any of them.

YOU WANT TO CELEBRATE THE moments you do have with your family INSTEAD OF CONSTANTLY WORRYING ABOUT THE NEXT THING you have to do.

You're sick of the never-ending to-do list and need help finding an ounce of time to be able to just relax.

YOU WANT to actually connect with your kids

,show them that they matter most to you,

but also give them a mom that's a hard working role model...

All while you have an amazing glow of relaxation and calm

and they stare at you saying "You're the best mom ever."

(I know, right? When would that last part ever happen?)

If those things actually do sound familiar, then you're in the right place. I've got your back. I've been there, and many days I'm still there.

As busy working moms, we're inherently go-getters and want to make the most out of every second of the day. But it gets tiring, stressful, and just plain no fun. That's when we need to realize that all the worry and stress we've built up for ourselves aren't doing us or our families any good. All those lists of what we need to be doing are only good enough to keep us in a constant state of motion. While the systems and plans are good for staying on track, we also need to start enjoying the ride before it's too late.

It's never going to be easy to just forget the to-do list, so we need to figure out a way to make the to-do lists work for us.

I'm taking about building in time for what's really important and getting rid of all the rest.

That's right.

No more saying 'yes' to everything that comes along. No more guilt. Only living with intention and priorities.

If you're to the point where life is telling you that you can only control so much, then I'm here to help. I'm here to show you that you can find ways to work with the determination and drive you've been given but also ease up a bit without it feeling completely uncomfortable. The goal is to get comfortable with more ways you can start enjoying life in the present moment without having a stroke that you should be doing something else. Being wholly here for our kids, our spouses, our friends, and even ourselves. Right now in the moments that they need us and we need them and not when our plan dictates the ten minutes for that to happen.

It's totally within your reach to

* Find balance in how you plan and work through all of your responsibilities while being more present

* Get more in tune with your needs and wants instead of constantly looking after others while you feel poorly

* Be more accepting to changes to your plans and embrace whatever comes your way

* Show your kids that being a work-a-holic is not an ideal, but a reasonable amount of hard work is just right

* Let go of some of the worries that you're always thinking about

* Be more present as a spouse and a mom

The most important thing is that you get started

in being a little more purposeful in what you do each moment and understanding that doing it all, all the time

doesn't actually work or feel good.

I want you to be excited about the moments you spend with your family, friends, at work, and yes, even on your own!

If this sounds like what you need right now, then dive into one of my courses to start feeling

more in balance and less stressed out with all you do.
